What is the Horse & Behaviour Instructor course?

Behavioural challenges are very diverse. From horses who do not load in the trailer or refuse to lift their feet for the farrier, to those who will not calmly be led to pasture. Have a look at our video to see how our instructors work.

 

Developed in conjunction with the University of Zurich, our Horse & Behaviour Instructor courses are recognised by the KNHS (Royal Dutch Equestrian Federation), ORUN and NOC*NSF (Dutch Olympic Committee).

Three levels full of practical training!

Each level of our Horse & Behaviour Instructor training broadens your knowledge and expands your skills. From liberty work, obstacle training and working on the double long lines, we can help solve your problems and guide you through every stage of your development. 

Our lessons are full of practical exercises, enabling you to develop throughout the three courses as a well-rounded horse trainer. We focus on didactical knowledge and self-development to ensure you can provide clients and owners with the best possible guidance. After completing the three levels, you will have the certification to start as a trainer and instructor in the field of horse behaviour.

Horse & Behaviour Instructor - Level 1

Level 1 begins to teach you about the language of horses. You will learn to work safely and start to solve challenging behaviour.
